Initial consultation meetings will be held covering:
 

Client to outline the problem
 

VI will discuss options
 

An agreed investigation plan with cost estimate will be provided
 

Any variances to investigation plan/costs will be agreed prior to undertaking  
 

Initial payments may be required prior to commencement of investigations For large investigations services will be invoiced monthly
 

Payments will be required by 20th of the following month 

If Veritas uses NZTA data NZTA Terms and Conditions for all Gazetted organisations to access the Motor Vehicle Register via Section 214 Land Transport Act 1998 

1. That their name and address may be obtained from the motor vehicle register; and

2. The relevant gazette notice under which the User is authorised to access the information; and

3. The circumstances in which this may occur and what the information will be used for; and

4. That any person can notify the Registrar that they do not wish to have their name(s) and address(es) made available under an authorisation.

5. The User must only access information for the specified purpose.

6. Information obtained under this authorisation shall not be disclosed to any third party unless such disclosure is necessary to achieve a specified purpose.
