VI: Terms & Conditions

1. By accepting these terms and conditions you are accepting VI Privacy Policy
2. Initial consultation meetings will be held covering: 
   • Client to outline the problem
   • VI will discuss options
   • An agreed investigation plan with cost estimate will be provided
3. Any variances to investigation plan/costs will be agreed prior to undertaking  
4. Initial payments may be required prior to commencement of investigations For large investigations services will be invoiced monthly
5. Payments will be required by 20th of the following month
